We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Your continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice.

By using our services, you agree to not use them for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of our services.

You agree to not use our services to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate against others. This includes but is not limited to engaging in hate speech, bullying, or any form of harassment.

You agree to our content policy, which prohibits the uploading of any content that is illegal, contains NSFW, or is otherwise inappropriate. Examples of inappropriate content include but are not limited to explicit language, graphic violence, or any material that violates Twitch's community guidelines.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our content policy without notice.

We are not liable for any damages or losses, including community disruption, that may occur as a result of lost, corrupted, or otherwise unusable data stored by StreamStreaks.com. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your data. Our cloud backups are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed to be available at all times.

Extra Payment, subscription and Refunds info

Payment: You can purchase or cancel a StreamStreaks Premium subscription via your account page. We have various payment methods including iDeal, PayPal and more. When purchasing a 1-year token, you will only get StreamStreaks for 1 year and no other amount will be charged.

Subscription Cancellation: HRVS media will automatically collect payments starting from the date you sign up for a Streaks Premium membership, and your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access to Streaks Premium for the remaining term of your existing subscription. Additionally, if you choose to delete Streaks Premium via customer support, you agree that you may immediately lose access to Streaks Premium services and functionality without a refund for the remaining term of your existing subscription. If you wish to retain the Streaks Premium services for the remaining term of your subscription, you must cancel your subscription and not delete your account.

Right of Withdrawal: If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your Streaks Premium membership within 14 days of your enrollment, upgrade, or renewal without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform the provider from whom you purchased the subscription by means of an unambiguous statement about your decision to withdraw your purchase. Refunds: Refer to the applicable policy of the provider from whom you purchased the subscription for any other refund rights. If you purchased the subscription through StreamStreaks, full refund or refund of partially used billing periods is not possible unless legally required. If you did not purchase the subscription through StreamStreaks, but for example on an iPhone or iPad, or if you signed up for a Streaks Premium membership via the Apple App Store or another external provider, the refund policy of the respective provider applies. Contact the respective provider (e.g., Apple support) to submit a refund request.

Price Changes: We may change the applicable price/prices of Streaks Premium, but will inform you of these changes in advance. These changes take effect after the current billing period has expired and at the time the next payment is made after the notice. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increase before charging you for that increase. If you have received notice less than 30 days prior to the change, the change will only be applied when payment is due after the next payment. If you do not wish to continue using Streaks Premium at the new price, you can cancel or downgrade the subscription at any time via the subscription settings. The cancellation or downgrade takes effect at the next billing period after the current term of the service has expired, unless otherwise indicated in the applicable terms of the payment platform. If price is increased and your consent is required, your subscription may be canceled unless you agree to the new price. If your subscription is canceled and you later decide to re-subscribe, the current subscription price will be charged to you at that time.
